Dulcivia RA 98% is the purest commercially available Rebaudiose A (Reb A) and it’s obtained using, a patented process of purification that is based in water extraction ultrafiltration and further nanofiltration.FDA has declared in 2008 Rebaudioside A, the status of General Recognized as Safe (GRAS) and its use is permitted in USA in food beverage.Studies have found that Stevioside and related compounds have actions as:

Dulcivia™ RA 98% Description

 

Dulcivia is presented in powder, flake or crystalline off-white granules and is the glycoside of flavor that is most similar to sugar cane, but 400 to 500 times as sweet without the bitter aftertaste present and astringent characteristic of the remaining constituents of the Stevia glycosides. The caloric content of the Dulcivia RA, is 1/450 of the sugar. The other glycosides Stevia plant produced and form part of the natural mixture of the extract, provide an astringent taste and bitter taste.
